Field Operations Associate
Responsibilities:
Field Coordination
Coordinate and oversee field activities, ensuring timely execution. Facilitate communication between field teams and headquarters.
Site Management
Conduct on-site inspections for safety and quality compliance. Manage inventory, equipment, and maintenance.
Team Support
Provide guidance to field teams and assist HR in recruiting and training skilled personnel.
Data & Reporting
Collect and analyze field data, identify improvement areas, and prepare performance reports.
Compliance & Problem Resolution
Ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in hospitality or business preferred. Experience in field operations is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and professionalism. Knowledge of local attractions and services is an advantage. Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Own car and valid driving license required.
